Lisa Orlandi Art strives to ensure that all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight variations in colour and appearance may occur due to different monitor settings and display capabilities. If you are unsure we are more than happy to supply further photographs and information. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Lisa Orlandi Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full before the shipment of any product.

4. Pricing

Prices for products on the website are subject to change without notice. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected delivery method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 days. Usually as soon as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Lisa Orlandi Art is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If you live in the Winchester / Hampshire area pick up is possible. Just email me for further information.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
